The #2 blade is designed especially for lighters fabrics such as flannel. This blade has smaller cutting points with shorter spaces between the points (when compared to the Original Skip Stitch Blade) to accommodate smaller yarns and hooks. This blade is perfect for projects that have a lot of detail when using smaller yarns or when adding over edge finishing such as lacing or crocheting to clothing. To use your Skip Stitch #2 Blade simply place your blade on any 45mm rotary cutter and roll across the fabric of your choosing to create evenly spaced holes ready for crocheting or what ever your project calls for. The blades are extremely sharp, so make sure to use a cutting mat under your fabric, and it’s also helpful to roll the blade along a ruler or straight edge to ensure your cuts are in a straight line.
