The #4 Blade takes all of the hard work out of preparing fabric for fringe-style blankets. To use, simply attach this blade to any 45 mm rotary cutter and use to perforate the edges of fabric to create holes suitable for finishing with fringe. You can create your own fringe by cutting your fabric of choice into strips and tying the strips into the perforations made with your #4 Blade.
